Kase 82mm Magnetic Converter Ring for Screw-In Filters
- Converts conventional screw-in filters to magnetic.
- Ideal for conventional aluminum framed filters up to 2oz in weight.
- Not recommended for heavier filters like variable ND or brass framed filters.
The magnetic converter ring has no rear threads (magnetic connection only) but has front threads to attach to the back of your threaded filter, converting it to a magnetic connection.
The converter ring is only designed for the rear side of a traditional threaded filter, and requires either a standard Kase magnetic adapter ring (available as part of the converter kit) or a Kase magnetic step-up ring in order for the filter to attach to the lens.
