Store Policies

Return Policy:

All orders have a standard 30-day return window from the date the order is delivered. Orders outside of this 30-day window may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the of the return item being received by our staff, though the return is processed as quickly as possible and most refund would be issued within just a few days.

Please note: Return shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the customer, unless an error was made by our store.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee is handled on a case by case basis, but for items that have been opened and are no longer able to be sold in new condition a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to a return.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges can also be made within a 30-day window from the date the item is delivered.  For example, if you ordered a 77mm filter and found that you needed a larger size (to avoid vignetting as an example), we could exchange the item within the 30-day window.

If the new item in an exchange is more expensive then the item being returned, the difference would be charged to the customer in order to complete the exchange.  If the new item is less expensive, a refund of the price difference will be issued.
